Who-The Shoreline Community is invited to join the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the First Congregational Church of Christ in Clinton

What-A Patriotic Choral Concert to benefit the Shoreline Soup kitchens, a non-profit organization that assists the needy in our area. Voter Registration will also be available for the upcoming Presidential Elections in November 2008.

Bishop's Orchards in Guilford, CT has agreed to donate 10 apple pies to support my project. Lyman's Orchards in Middlefield has agreed to donate 6 apple pies also. Thanks also to Tuxis Lumber in Madison, Madison Floral Shop and Garden Center, Hockings Garden Center in Madison, Running Brook Farms Nursery, Purple Artichokes Catering, Doncasters Inc, Sam's Club, and Party Bazaar in Clinton.

Project Description

This project will increase the community’s patriotism by holding a multi-congregational, non-denominational patriotic concert on May 17th, 2008 at the LDS Chapel in Madison, Connecticut; and also to collect food for a the Shoreline Soup Kitchens, as well as provide an opportunity for citizens to register themselves to vote, if they have not already done so.
